Northerners deserve better care, and local health care workers have the solutions. It’s time for our governments to act.
We’re launching a petition to push our governments to deliver better care for the North, now.
This petition will ask elected officials to hire more local health care workers by making it faster and easier for them to start working on the front lines. Instead of expensive contracts for temporary workers from the south, we want our governments to invest in training here at home, to support Northerners to provide care in their communities.
Most importantly, we’re calling for health care workers to have a seat at the table where decisions are made.
By listening to workers, we can fix the health care system and get Northerners the care we deserve and need.
